Saudi-Venezuelan Displaced Kitchen - Lunch

Welcome all! to this culinary experience with flavors and spices hailing from Saudi Arabia and Venezuela. Featuring foods made with love by two beautiful women, who are here in America as refugees. For brunch you’ll experience dishes like coconut granola and labne, tropical fruit jams, arabic grains and more. For dinner we have a wonderful fatoush and a feast of roasted vegetables with delicate spices, mouthwatering fresh salads that will make you travel to a different time and place without ever leaving your seat. The food will be made by Adwa, a 20 year old woman from Saudi Arabia, and Magedda, a 55 year young woman from Venezuela. From two very different countries and different generations, these women have something in common, their passion for connecting with people through food and their big bright smiles. Their hope is both your body and soul are fed and satisfied with this experience and that you get to taste a bit of both their cultures.
