Indian Summer Pop Up Dinner

The Amuse Bouche is popping up next week, for dinner service, at Bushwick's Lantern Hall. A Modern Indian meal, highlighting fresh, seasonal ingredients; includes a 4 course menu and 2 drinks, priced just right for food lovers! Inspired by my Mother's cooking, and memories of trying out recipes written only in the minds of my mom and aunts - I aim to re-create the same sensory and visual experience for you. Please join us to kick off our summer pop up at one of Bushwick's finest experimental craft beer bars. What better way to spend a Monday evening, than to dine with strangers but leave with friends!

About Jasmine Sheth

Winner of Chef Showdown NYC & Clash of the Champions NYC, hosted by Komeeda! I moved to New York to obtain a double Masters degree in Psychology and Business. My path was set for me: a steady job in the corporate world, doing the daily grind to hopefully one day earn that corner office! . However, my passion to create magic in the kitchen never waned. After hosting innumerable Dinner Parties for my friends, I started to create custom dining experience for private clients. My personal style blends my Indian roots with Mediterranean and French components, to create little bites of flavor explosion in your mouth! Combining self taught classical French techniques with an array of spices I grew up eating, my goal is to bring an exciting world of flavors to your plate. I create elaborate Tasting Menus consisting of 7-10 courses, work with Corporate clients to develop VIP seated dinners as well as collaborate with unique venues to create "One Night only" Restaurants.
