A culinary innovator combining unique flavors spanning the globe, chef Alex's creativity has empowered him to bring flavors unchartered to the dinner table for his patrons' experiences. --- Alex Magloire is the Executive Chef for the Port Atlantic Yacht Club in Staten Island NY, Chef competitor on Food Network's Chopped, a James Beard recognized chef and two-time Komeeda Chef Showdown champion! Chef Alex’s services have also been retained for menu development, training, and consulting for a number of private restaurants, nonprofit organizations, and culinary venues.

Michael Cosenza - A graduate of The International Culinary Institute (formerly The French Culinary Institute), Chef Michael has developed his own progressive style, seamlessly blending Mediterranean flavors with global influences and technique. He has been an Executive Chef in multiple locations throughout New Jersey where his reputation is growing. He is the winner of The Komeeda Chef Showdown 6-Judge’s trophy. His love and curiosity for curating meats has lead to him to being the Sous Chef under acclaimed Chef Mike Carrino where he is currently perfecting the art of whole animal butchery, charcuterie and salumi making.

Richard Gibbs - Growing up in NYC Chef Richard was exposed to various tastes and flavors of the street food in his Brooklyn neighborhood. Bodegas, cuchifritos, and aluminum pan restaurants provided him with the platform that is now his signature cuisine: Upscale Afro-Latino Cuisine. Afro-Latino cuisine is a cuisine that is a culmination of African, French, Taino/Arawak, and Spanish cultures that creates a full, bold, dynamic flavor. The influences of Chefs Patrick Clark and Marcus Samuelsson helped shape his creativity. Seeing that Black chefs also make great food, he was able to dig deep into my culture and make it his own. Working with may great NYC chefs Chef Richard now has settled down in a corporate kitchen creating great dishes for the suits that run NY.

Roshara Dana Sanders - Before Roshara Sanders put on a chef’s jacket, she wore another uniform: that of an U.S. Army soldier serving multiple tours in Iraq and Afghanistan. For this one-night-only experience, the JBF Boot Camp alum and Chopped champion is reuniting with her television competitors (and fellow veterans) for a thoughtful and delicious dinner dedicated to those who have bravely served our country.
